The oldest document that mentions the "Chianti " is dated back to 1398. The fame of this red wine is anyway principally due to the Grand Duke of Tuscany Ferdinand III, who first decided to regulate its production. The “Chianti Classico”, the most famous and renowned Chianti, is produced only in a small region between the municipalities of Radda, Gaiole and Castellina in Chianti. Nobile di Montepulciano is produced in Tuscany, in the territory near the town of Montepulciano, in the Siena couantryside. Is one of the oldest Tuscany wine, and it has always been considered one of the best and finest. Montepulciano is famous for its artworks, its buildings, and its products: the Nobile of Montepulciano is a reason more to visit that beautiful land, between vineyard and olives three: the land of Siena in Tuscany, where art and wine live together.

Tuscany wine: Carmignano

Carmignano is produced in the countryside between Florence and Prato, particularly in the ancient village of Carmignano. It is one of the oldest of Italy. Morellino is youngest among the Tuscany wines; it is produced in the area of Grosseto and Maremma. It is associated principally with Tuscan meat dishes.
